PAYMENT
Sunset Club accept paypal and all major credit and debit cards through paypal services. Your card will be charged when you press 'pay now' on the shopping cart.
If you have chosen an item that is currently unavailable, we will contact you via email or telephone and refund you or offer you an alternative.
All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%. All credit card details are held on a secure server. These details are deleted once we have dispatched your order.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE COSTS
Sunset Club will dispatch your items within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order (excluding bank holidays).
Please allow 5 working days for delivery, unless you have opted for next day delivery.
All deliveries to UK mainland are quoted in the shopping cart as below;
1. £3.00 for orders under £25
2. free for orders over £25
3. £5.99 next day delivery.
Sunset Club only send goods via recorded delivery and will not accept responsibility for lost items.
If you choose the wrong postage option we maybe unable to dispatch your goods until the correct payment has been recieved. Also in the event of overpayment on postage we are unable to refund postage costs, so please make sure you choose the correct postage option.
For postage costs outside of the UK mainland, please email us.
RETURNS
You may not return any goods to 'SUNSET CLUB' without prior agreement and advice from us. You have 10 working days to return an item for a refund or exchange. If your order has already been dispatched and you decide to cancel it for any reason, you will have to return the goods at your own cost following the proceedure below.
Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition and returned in original packaging with swing tags attached, together with a returns reference number and an e-mail outlining the problem with the product/item. Any goods returned to 'Sunset Club' that do not comply with these guidelines will be sent back to the customer and not accepted for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods returned to 'Sunset Club' are the customers responsibility. We recommend that returned goods are sent back by recorded delivery or similar.
You will need the following for a refund or exchange
1. Original sales receipt
2. Dispatch slip - this includes your unique sales reference number
